GEOFFREY R. WINTEROWD
Geoffrey R. Winterowd has been an attorney representing school districts and mental health agencies for approximately eight years.
Mr. Winterowd is involved in all aspects of the firm’s representation of school districts, SELPAs, and County departments of mental health in matters pertaining to special education, including representing such public agencies at IEP team meetings and mediations, drafting pleadings, responses to due process requests, motions, and briefs, and preparing an agency’s case for due process hearing.
Mr. Winterowd represented school districts and community colleges in such matters as special education, employment law, including discrimination/sexual harassment, unfair labor practices and collective bargaining, and discipline, the California Public Records and Brown Acts, and student discipline.
Mr. Winterowd received his Juris Doctor and his Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Southern California.
